Each room has a private bathroom with a bath or shower, free toiletries, towels, a hairdryer and toilet paper, along with a flat-screen TV, a desk, a wardrobe, a socket near the bed, heating, carpeted floors and soundproofing.

The property is entirely smoke-free and equipped with fire extinguishers, smoke alarms, a security alarm and key access. Upper floors are accessible by stairs only. The hotel has no parking, restaurant, spa or swimming pool, and French is spoken at the front desk.
